Leadership Lessons from Joshua

Six weeks

This course is dedicated to training leaders to passionately fulfill their Kingdom calling. The leadership principles taught in this class are abstracted from the life of Joshua who courageously led the children of Israel into the Promised Land. Students will learn the six key leadership principles that empowered Joshua to be successful. The class will consist of lectures that will examine the leadership mandate that is given to every follower of Christ. Students will learn how to apply the Six Principles of Courageous Leadership to their personal role of service in the Kingdom of God.

Goals & Objectives

Students will:

recognize their personal calling to be courageous leaders to advance the Kingdom of God
lead from a position of courage based on God’s promises from His Word
perform spiritual warfare by removing giants and taking territory for the Kingdom of God
identify the six key principles of a courageous leader
identify and describe how Joshua used the key principles of a courageous leader at various strategic points during his time of leadership
