In the Apostle Paul’s letters to two young ministers, Timothy, and Titus, we find a wealth of both doctrinal and practical counsel and structure for Kingdom ministry. From principles of character to conflict resolution to keeping spiritual gifts active, Paul’s words to these men impart timeless principles and guidelines for every generation of believers to advance the Gospel and Kingdom in a spirit of sacrifice and excellence.
KINEO students will be:
Core Strategies for Spiritual Formation
In the three letters known as the pastoral epistles, the Apostle Paul
challenges Timothy and Titus to discipline themselves for effective Kingdom ministry. The mind, the emotions, the mouth, and the will must be submitted consistently under the harness of Holy Spirit. Additionally, Paul taught these two younger ministers how to navigate relational challenges that arise in churches. KINEO students will be equipped in this course to understand the high level of excellence God empowers and requires of all His servants. Additionally, systems and structures in Kingdom ministries will be discussed so that each student understands how to function in any ministry in which they lead or serve.
This is the second part to the course, Strategies for Effective Ministry.

Components of Biblical Worship
Worship is far more than tuned instruments and on-key voices. Worship is actually the entire context for the Christian’s life. When Scripture calls us to do all things as unto the Lord, and for His glory, we find ourselves entering a life that requires wisdom, guidance, and deeper understanding. For those who treasure expressions of worship through music and voice, we should glean from the Word the most essential matters that help us to encounter the greatness of God as individuals, families, and churches.
KINEO students will be equipped and challenge to worship God with the mind as we think about why and how we express our worship. Additionally, students will be equipped to diagnose their own hearts to see if worship has been become a dry exercise or fleshly display that is lacking meaning and joyful reverence of God.

Missional Unity
Ephesians 4 declares to us that there is only one God and one Church. Why then is the visible manifestation of the Body of Christ so obviously divided? Why are Christians notoriously complicated with its innumerable denominations and schisms? Many believe that, in order to be unified, we must compromise core doctrines and surrender our convictions. As we approach the end of the age, how can Christians proactively cooperate in order to advance the Kingdom and effectively communicate the Gospel? In this course, KINEO students will be stretched to examine their own hearts, convictions, and even their theology to discern between core elements of biblical faith versus preferences, traditions, and opinions. Jesus prayed for the glory of the Father to manifest through the unity of the Church (John 17). KINEO students will be empowered to promote true, biblical unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

Leadership Lessons from the Life of David
In this course, KINEO students will study the life of King David for ten weeks in order to learn the ins and outs of Kingdom leadership. From this giant of the Scriptures, we can learn the non-negotiables of character and competency in the life of all Kingdom leaders. Faith, humility, temptation, compromise, betrayal, and patience are just a few of the essentials that will be focused upon in this course. In the end, we see from David’s own life that the goal of finishing well must always be kept before those whom God is calling to become leaders. David’s testimony will touch nearly every place which will arise in our lives as we follow God and lead people.
